Center for China in the New World Order (CCINWO)
Center for China in the New World Order serves as the driving center of excellence for academic activities related not only to China as a country but a global economic and military power. The Center focuses on Chinese foreign policy aspects, geo-economic strategies and security interests in the world, specifically in and around Asia – Pacific. One of the key areas of CCINWO’s research is the transforming international security alliance structure in Asia – Pacific, its effects on Beijing and the subsequent shift of Beijing’s cumulative policies. CCINWO’s work also studies the emergent dynamics due to the realignment of Washington in different regions to compete with Beijing at multiple levels – security alliances being the key component.
