Center for India Studies is the pioneer center of International Institute for Global Strategic Analysis (IIGSA) focused on geopolitical, geo-economic and geostrategic transformations in India. The Center aims at conducting research on Indian foreign policy shifts, its changing military posture and Indian role in international affairs. In addition, the center also examines how New Delhi is revamping its political and strategic alliances which in turn are reshaping security politics around the globe. With regard to South Asian dynamics, CIS studies the evolving phenomenon of strategic stability, the notion balance of power and connects it with the international security environment to gauge threats and opportunities available for the stakeholders.
